Our online, shopping-cart-style ordering system is completely secure and safe for using your credit card. The actual processing of your credit card will be done by "PayPal." When you see an item you want simply click the "add to cart button" next to the item. Some items have options to select. Please be sure to select the option(s) you want on such items before clicking the button. If you want to order multiple items of the same thing you may adjust the quantity box next to that item in your cart on the "Your Shopping Cart" page. When you are ready to check out, click the "Check Out Now" button and follow the instructions.
Ordering by mail:
Our shopping-cart system supports mailed-in orders. Just use the cart system as described above in "Ordering online" and select "order through postal mail" on the page that appears after you click the "Check Out Now" button. The system will generate an order form that you can print out and mail. We cannot process credit cards on mailed orders; you must pay by check or money order. Please make checks payable to "Ben's Custom Tack"

If you are not thoroughly satisfied, we will refund your money upon return of saleable merchandise within 30 days.
· All orders over $50 are shipped free to addresses within the US.
· All orders under $50 will be charged $4.50 per order within the US.
· Orders outside the US will have a shipping charge added.
· Tracking on international orders is only available by using USPS "Global Express." Please note that "Ben's Custom Tack" cannot be responsible for lost packages if NOT mailed by "Global Express."
